Nataša Križanović, architect and founder of an interior design studio based in Vitez, is dedicated to creating unique spaces that exude elegance and functionality.
With years of experience in various architectural firms and her own studio, as well as attending international fairs and actively refining her skills under industry experts through masterclass coaching, Nataša has designed numerous projects that showcase her dedication to the details that define an entire interior.
This was highlighted in a feature by the renowned Bosnian magazine Bonjour.

Nataša’s latest project: Beauty center “Andrea Babić” in Novi Travnik
This 35 m² space is a perfect blend of functionality and modernism, with a strong focus on unique details. One standout feature is the floating chandeliers, proving that even a small interior can gain character with carefully selected design elements.
“While designing this beautiful salon, we carefully selected accent and unique elements to provide everyone who visits with an incredible sense of luxury, exclusivity, and refined elegance. We also embraced the power of curved lines in the interior, creating perfectly harmonized forms throughout the entire ambiance. – Architect Nataša Križanović for Bonjour.ba“
In this interior, chandeliers that seemingly float play a key role in shaping the atmosphere of the space. With their unique structure, they create an airy ambiance, adding both dynamism and character to the compact interior.

“The ‘Luceplan Illan Suspension’ is a designer lighting piece created by renowned designer Zsuzsanna Horvath. This pendant light is characterized by a lightweight body made of birch plywood, laser-cut along uniform lines. Thanks to a brilliant gravitational effect, the lamp takes on a unique volume and shape, appearing to float in the air.” – Nataša shared with us.

A space with character
Considering that the salon spans two levels, every detail has been carefully designed. Wooden stairs with a glass railing create a sense of openness and enhance the airy feel of the space. The “floating” staircase effect seamlessly connects both levels into a cohesive whole, making the interior dynamic and visually captivating.

Alongside the unique chandeliers, one of the most striking elements of the interior is the bronze-colored mirror that covers an entire wall. Integrated LED lighting further enhances its sophistication, creating an optical illusion of a larger space. Mirrors not only reflect light but also visually expand the area, making it feel brighter and more spacious.
Uniqueness through functional details
The strikingly designed counter adds a signature touch of uniqueness to this interior. Its clean, curved lines, contrasting with the more linear elements, introduce texture and dynamism into the space. This way, the counter seamlessly complements the interior’s aesthetics, reinforcing the story of subtle and distinctive elegance.

In a small space, every decision matters
Nataša’s design approach, which incorporates striking lighting fixtures and large mirrors as focal elements, demonstrates how boldness and character can be achieved even within a limited square footage. This beauty studio is not just a place for beauty treatments but a reflection of modern aesthetics—celebrating beauty, elegance, and meticulous attention to detail.
